AI&Professional Communications

This course introduces School of Management students to best practices for using generative AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot) in both educational and industry settings, with a focus on business communication and workflow streamlining. Drawing from rhetorical theory, ethical frameworks, and popular discussions about generative AI, the course prepares students to understand and effectively use these ubiquitous tools in the workplace, while also recognizing when?and when not?to use them. The course will run in both a lecture and workshop model.
