Consider independently exploring a topic of interest under the guidance of a faculty member. Once you identify the subject, take time to research our faculty and their publications. It is important to ensure your interests intersect before asking if they will work with you. This work will be graded and may apply to your upper-level Political Science degree requirements.

Integrative Team Science Sem

Enhances the thesis research for students in the iCons program through peer student support teams and advanced scientific communication. The purpose of this course is to blend team-based learning and undergraduate scientific research to enhance students' communication skills and to promote integration of mulch-disciplinary approaches to solving scientific problems.

CHEMISTRY I: GENERAL LAB

The first semester of our core chemistry curriculum introduces the language(s) of chemistry and explores atoms, molecules and their reactions. Topics covered include electronic structures of atoms, structure shape and properties of molecules; reactions and stoichiometry. Enrollment limited to 16 per lab section.
