Recital Choir

The Recital Choir is a laboratory chorus whose membership is comprised of graduate Choral Conducting majors and other interested advanced students, with the purpose to provide conducting pedagogy experiences for graduate Choral Conducting majors.

S-Beginning Voice Class

Introduction to the basic techniques of classical singing taught in a group setting. Fundamental topics covered will include posture, support, breath control and diction, which will be addressed through exercises and song assignments. Basic music reading skills will be helpful.

Comparative Politics

An introductory exploration of political systems in several nation states in various parts of the world. Coverage differs depending on the specialties and interests of instructor. Students learn about generalized comparative approaches and political development, political processes and political institutions in each state covered. (Gen.Ed. SB, G)
