This advanced management course will focus on leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. It is highly interactive and includes visits to a company where students will interview employees and write a paper analyzing the organization. Open to all SOM majors and Five College students. Prerequisite MANAGMNT 301

Advanced study of current problems in development and administration of personnel problems. Research methodology and recent research findings emphasized. Major research project required. Prerequisites: senior standing, consent of instructor, and MANAGMNT 314.
