Real Estate Finance, Analysis and Investment is the study of commercial real estate, finance, and investment, taught from an entrepreneurial perspective. The goal is to develop an understanding of the concepts and techniques required to analyze and evaluate, acquire, and finance real estate properties.

Students gain leadership experience through teaching a section of the first-year seminar to Isenberg School of Management students. TA meetings and assignments require students to be actively involved in developing their own teaching style and exploring various methods that will assist first-year students acquire the skills necessary for success in their professional careers.

Professional ethics is examined from multiple perspectives such as the relevance of political and economic systems, and the cultures of organizations and professions. Further, the significance of critical thinking and psychological influences (e.g. self-esteem) is examined.
