Malay IV

Malay IV is the fourth part of a four-part elementary course sequence in Malay offered through the Five College Center for World Languages. The course format includes intensive independent study, small group conversation sessions led by a peer conversation partner, and an evaluation by an outside evaluator. Students studying Malay develop speaking and listening skills needed for study abroad in Malaysia and engagement with Malay-speaking communities, and to support course work in Southeast Asian Studies and other academic, vocational, and personal goals.

Modern Irish IV

Irish IV is the fourth part of a four-part elementary course sequence in Modern Irish (also known as Irish Gaelic) offered through the Five College Center for World Languages. The course format includes intensive independent study, small group conversation sessions led by a peer conversation partner, and an evaluation by an outside evaluator. Students studying Irish develop speaking and listening skills needed for study abroad in Ireland and engagement with Irish-speaking communities, and to support course work in Celtic Studies and other academic, vocational, and personal goals.

The course is offered through the Five College Center for World Languages.
