ST-Modern Greek VI

Modern Greek VI is the second part of a four-part intermediate course sequence in Modern Greek. The course is offered through the Five College Supervised Independent Language Program. The independent study format includes small group conversation sessions and an evaluation by an outside evaluator. Students studying Modern Greek develop speaking and listening skills needed for study abroad in Greece and to support course work in European Studies.

Haitian Creole for Heritage Speakers II is offered through the Five College Supervised Independent Language Program. The independent study format includes small group conversation sessions and an evaluation by an outside evaluator. Students studying Haitian Creole develop speaking and listening skills needed for study abroad in Haiti and to support course work in Caribbean and/or Francophone Studies.

Malay III is the third part of a four-part elementary course sequence in Malay. The independent study format includes small group conversation sessions and an evaluation by an outside evaluator. Students studying Malay develop speaking and listening skills needed for study abroad in Malaysia and to support course work in Southeast Asian Studies.

Amharic IV

Amharic IV is the fourth part of a four-part elementary course sequence in Amharic. The course is offered through the Five College Supervised Independent Language Program. The independent study format includes small group conversation sessions and an evaluation by an outside evaluator. Students studying Amharic develop speaking and listening skills needed for study abroad in Ethiopia and to support course work in African Studies.

ST- Albanian II

Albanian II is the second part of a four-part elementary course sequence in Albanian. The independent study format includes small group conversation sessions and an evaluation by an outside evaluator. Students studying Albanian develop speaking and listening skills needed for study abroad in the Albania and to support course work in Eastern European Studies.

ST- Finnish II

Finnish II is the second part of a four-part elementary course sequence in Finnish. The independent study format includes small group conversation sessions and an evaluation by an outside evaluator. Students studying Finnish develop speaking and listening skills needed for study abroad in Finland and to support course work in European Studies and Scandinavian Studies.

ST- Danish IV

Danish IV is the fourth part of a four-part elementary course sequence in Danish. The independent study format includes small group conversation sessions and an evaluation by an outside evaluator. Students studying Danish develop speaking and listening skills needed for study abroad in Denmark and to support course work in European Studies

This course is an entry-level course for students who already have some basic speaking skills in Haitian Creole.
