Vietnamese II is the second part of a four-part elementary course sequence in Vietnamese. Bulgarian IV

Bulgarian IV is the fourth part of a four-part elementary course sequence in Bulgarian. Bulgarian III

Bulgarian III is the third part of a four-part elementary course sequence in Bulgarian. ST-Hindi VI

Hindi VI is an intermediate-level course for students who have completed Hindi I-V or the equivalent. The course is offered through the Five College Mentored Language Program. The course format includes small group conversation sessions and individual tutorials. Students studying Hindi develop speaking, listening, reading, writing, and cultural etiquette skills needed for study abroad in India and to support course work in South Asian Studies.

Bulgarian II

Persian I is the first part of a four-part elementary course sequence in Persian. The course teaches Iranian Persian (Farsi). It is also useful for students who want to learn Dari (Persian as spoken in Afghanistan) or Tajik (Persian as spoken in Tajikistan). The course is offered through the Five College Mentored Language Program. The course format includes small group conversation sessions and individual tutorials.

ST-Egyptian Arabic I

Egyptian Arabic I is offered in a special independent study format through the Five College Center for the Study of World Languages. The course develops speaking and listening skills in Egyptian Arabic. The independent study format includes small group conversation sessions with a native speaker and a final evaluation by an outside evaluator. In order to enroll in this course, students must have completed the equivalent of one year of elementary Modern Standard Arabic in a course with a speaking component in Modern Standard Arabic or a dialect.

Persian III
