Design VI

Students initiate a complex project selected in consultation with instructor and the faculty. Research may deal with historical aspects of the building, behavioral attitudes of users, and/or the program. Students expected to work independently and under faculty guidance.

Design II

Studio projects consist of basic architectural problems to which the student must respond with a designed solution. Problems develop analytical and aesthetic design and presentation skills. Design projects will emphasize technical integration. Major projects considered along with a minor project, written assignment(s) and in-class exercises.
