Egyptian Arabic II

Egyptian Arabic II is the second part of a four-part elementary course sequence in Egyptian Arabic. The course develops speaking and listening skills in colloquial Egyptian Arabic. The independent study format includes small group conversation sessions and a final evaluation by an outside evaluator. Students studying Egyptian Arabic develop skills needed for study abroad in Egypt and to support course work in Middle Eastern, African and International Studies.

Spoken Cantonese for Mandarin Speakers II is the second part of a four-part elementary course sequence in Spoken Cantonese for Mandarin Speakers. The course is offered through the Five College Supervised Independent Language Program. Students studying Cantonese develop speaking and listening skills needed to live and work in China or Hong Kong and to support coursework in East Asian Studies.

Bosnian-Croatian-Serbian II is the second part of a four-part elementary course sequence in Bosnian-Croatian-Serbian. The course is offered through the Five College Supervised Independent Language Program. The course format includes small group conversation sessions and an evaluation by an outside evaluator. Students studying Bosnian-Croatian-Serbian develop speaking, listening, reading, writing, and cultural etiquette skills needed for study abroad in Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia, or Montenegro and to support course work in European Studies or Balkan Studies.

Bangla/Bengali II

Bangla/Bengali II is the second part of a four-part elementary course sequence in Bangla. The course is offered through the Five College Supervised Independent Language Program. The independent study format includes small group conversation sessions and an evaluation by an outside evaluator. Students studying Bangla/Bengali develop speaking and listening skills needed for study abroad in Bangladesh and to support course work in South Asian Studies.

Amharic II
