This course addresses the principles and practices of public relations and strategic communication in the public, private, for-profit and no-profit arenas. Course includes lectures, readings, multimedia viewings and student-engaged, collaborative and classroom and online learning methods.

European History 1500-1815

A survey of European history, 1500-1815. Topics include the Renaissance, the discovery and conquest of America, the Reformation and the religious controversies and wars associated with it, the formation of the modern state, the rise of absolute monarchs, and the reaction to absolutism that culminated in American and French Revolutions.
