This doctorate-level course provides a comprehensive exploration of the multiple epistemological approaches in social sciences. Students will gain an in-depth understanding of the range of epistemologies and ontologies that shape research, equipping them with the skills to critically analyze and evaluate existing studies. Emphasizing the differentiation between epistemology, ontology, theoretical framework, methodology, and methods, the course empowers students to design and plan their own research projects.
